FAQ
Before you book
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and there’s no obligation. We come out, look at the actual surfaces, and give you an itemized written price. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season — spring and early fall book up fastest for exterior work, and interior work is usually quicker to schedule. Call and we’ll tell you honestly what the next available window looks like rather than promising a date we can’t hold.
Are your painters actually employees?
Yes. Everyone who works on your home is on our payroll, bonded, and insured — not a subcontracted crew we met that morning. That’s who is accountable if something needs fixing.
Will the price change once you start?
The price we quote is the price you pay. The only time a number moves is if you ask us to add work that wasn’t in the original scope, and we’d put that in writing first.
Do I need to move my furniture and take things off the walls?
Take down anything fragile or sentimental — art, mirrors, family photos. We handle moving and covering the larger furniture, masking trim and floors, and putting the room back together when we’re done.
